Patriots win...I was hoping NY would bring them down. Don't know why I wanted the Pats to lose...I guess I just like Manning a little more than Brady. Enough football and on to the reason I sat through this game!My friends Dennis and Marie sent some gifts with long time friend and brother Cody and his son this past week when they visited us. Now that I'm not on all the drugs from surgery and feeling better, I called our good friend jb to come watch the game with Becky and me and enjoy a good beer and some Twiglets that Dennis and Marie sent. From Colorado, brewed by New Belgium Brewing, we enjoyed an Amber Ale called Fat Tire! Great with the Twilglets that are made in England. A strange and tasty little snack that goes great with beer.
Tomorrow for the Titans game I get to try another type of beer called Tetley's English Ale. No sharing this time. It's all mine!!!!! Well, maybe I'll give my wife a taste of it. She's not much of a beer drinker, but she does like to taste them. For some reason, she has fallen in love with Shiner Bock...a good little beer from Texas.
Congrats to the Patriots. Good game and great season.

So glad you can finally enjoy the beer. Don't tell Dennis this, but it seems it is becoming very hard to find London Pride beer up here now. The stores just aren't ordering it anymore, but my goal is to find some for you and him!!!
