This is a building I found that is about 15 minutes away from NBTA's present location. Close to the end of the building is a 7,200 sq. ft. space that I think may be perfect for our new home. I have seen it, talked to the realtor and now I'm waiting for the owner to give our baseball academy a new home. The price is right (well, better than most things I've found), there hasn't been any wacky walls put up that I would need to take down, and the ceilings are 24 ft. high with great lighting.
Not the best area of Nashville, but certainly not a bad area. It's a little out of the way but really not bad for most of our present clients. So...I sit and wait for a phone call to see if we are worthy prospects to take over this warehouse.

I found out today that the owner of the building has cancer and is not doing well. He has not been able to review my information and may not get around to it for another week... which I really understand that there are more important things then looking at a contract when you're having to fight for your life.
Sadly, he has colon and prostate cancer so, I ask you all to pray for him. My needs are not that desperate! I can only imagine what he and his family are going through.
