Father's Day
Proverbs 23:24 The father of a righteous man has great joy; he who has a wise son delights in him.
I played in the band at church, taught a little Sunday School, talked to Lane on the telephone, got a message from Mackenzie, went to lunch with Raleigh and then to two movies with him. It was a good day.
Becky and I went to church and when we got home Tom had a nice card and surprise for me. One of my favorite movies ever is called "Saving Grace" with Tom Conti playing the Pope. I had 2 copies of it on VHS but over the years loaned them out and of course can't remember who has them! But, Tom found a company that had it on DVD...so, I spent the afternoon watching it and then we went to his baseball game. Charlie called and had his kids with him so I got to talk to them too. It was a good day too!
