Mr. Spider

For the past week a spider has lived right out our front door. It's been fascinating to watch this guy do his thing. I wish you could see his web in the picture. It's attached to our gutter, the roof, and our fence bar that goes along the porch. It's quite large and at night you see all the little insects that get caught in it...he does seem to be getting a little fatter each day.

This morning he seems to be sleeping. Guess he ate a bit too much last night. Usually by this time the web is gone and he's up in the corner of the roof and gutter. I don't know how these guys work but I guess they build a web every night.

My wife wants me to get rid of him but after watching him this past week, I just can't do it!
