In 1954 my parents with my two older sisters and two older brothers boarded a ship that landed them in Korea in the cold winter month of January. Korea had just gone through a war that had left the people and the land in total chaos. They started with feeding the poor and after 33 years along with other missionaries, they had built schools, hospitals/clinics, widow homes, orphanages, dairy farms, and churches that to this day are all through out the country continuing the work Jesus encouraged them all to do.
I turned 54 the other day. I wonder if I'll be able to look back at this day and see it was a day of great importance. If it was a start of a work that will help change the world...I know God called many in their later years and they were able to accomplish great things for God and the world. Maybe God will be able to use me. I hope I can have a willing heart and ears to hear the call.

As an outside observer, I would suggest that you, just like your dad, have already had FAR REACHING, long-term impact in the lives of many people, that you may never ever be aware of. I know that for a fact. And I appreciate you for it.
I agree - every time you instruct a young aspiring ball player, you are changing the world for that person. Carry on!!!!
