My son has been at LSU all week. He was invited to be a coach/trainer for their summer baseball camp for 9-12 year olds. Of course, he would have rather been going down to play for this great school, but, after finding out if he should choose to transfer, he would have to take a year off of baseball and he would not be able to transfer all of his classes he took this past year. So...he has decided to go back to Tennessee Temple in a couple of weeks and hopefully back to take the centerfield position for the next 3 years.
Tom (TC to his friends) will be back tomorrow. Good thing...he's got work to do.

I have never liked that rule if you transfer to another school, you have to wait a year in order to play. 4 years is so short, and to lose a year of playing is unthinkable. Let the kids play!!!!
I think it's pretty lame myself. I can't figure out the point of making them sit out a year....like, too many would leave bad schools for a good school or leave a bad coach for a good coach? what's the problem with that?!
