I Need A Saviour

One of the things I do best is get sidetracked with things that pull me away from what is truly important in my life. Life is full of struggles and sometimes it can seem overwhelming when we don't keep it in perspective. As a believer and follower of Jesus Christ and as one who has experienced more than just coincidence in my daily walk with Him...you would think I would have learned after all these years to rest in knowing He has overcome the world and God has promised to never leave or forsake me. But some days I forget. I forget to take up my cross and follow Him. Some days I just ignore Him. Some days I get ticked off at Him and rebel like a child who is spoiled and selfish. But thankfully, some days...I listen to Him. I talk to Him. I walk with Him and on the best days...I trust Him. Why do I do this? Because I do need a Saviour and a Friend.

Kenny did a great job on this song. I hope he still sings it sometimes.
