Space...the final frontier.

Becky and I took the afternoon today to go see the new Star Trek movie. Recommended by my brother, who I don't think really cares much about ST, made me want to go!

A great movie that developed new characters that can replace the original cast of the first TV series. We all remember the great relationships the characters had in the original and for many years to come a new generation of viewers can enjoy the camaraderie of the newly cast crew.

If you are a trekie of the original TV show...just go. It's worth it.

Yes I am ashamed to say I am a trekie but never followed it beyond the William Shatner and Leanord Nimoy days. Will check it out.

Never be ashamed of being a trekie! It's one of the great things we got to experience in this age and I am hoping for the age to come!

Raleigh and I saw it on Memorial Day. I loved it! And even though Raleigh has very little experience with the original series--we'll probably rent it on DVD over the summer--he loved it too!
