Rest in peace "Puppy" 12/01/88 - 5/10/07

Puppy the greatest cat in the world is resting peacefully now. We knew this day was coming, but you just can't prepare your heart for something like this. For nearly 19 years, we learned from a cat how to love unconditionally. That's a lot of training for people. Sad to say, we still don't know how to love like Puppy did. But God, in His amazing way, showed us that love is kind, gentle, patient, never jealous, and never sings it's own praises. Love is never arrogant, rude and doesn't think about itself. Love isn't irritable and it never keeps track of wrongs. Love never stops loving you and love never comes to an end.

Revelation 21

All Things Made New
1 Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. 2 Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. 4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”
5 Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.”

This was the last picture I took of Puppy. Here he is laying with his sister Nabi.
We love you and we'll miss you Puppy!

I'm so sorry Mark for your lost, but isn't it true, if people could be more like animals, because their love is unconditionally.

Puppy was a great cat, and I'm glad to have known him! I hope he'll see Bones out there somewhere . . . if he wants to.
