Can we just get back to Denver! We need a boost here and we need to get back to playing real baseball (without that ridiculous DH rule!). That really is one of my main reasons for not ever paying attention to the American League. That's not baseball~!
So, hopefully the Rocks can take the next four games and we can see an NL team win the World Series for a change.

Well, it's over until next year maybe 2008 will be the year for the NL. Congrats to the Red Sox!!!
So just what do people do now that baseball is over, I guess start training for next year??
some of us actually like professional football and hockey - and I for one like college basketball.... However, there are a variety of other activities for the winter, like reading and tving and just enjoying the fireplace!! Spring training is just around the corner....... cheers to all, john
Spring training??!! Here at NBTA we do it all year 'round! No rest for the dedicated ones...I called the Rockies and told them I'd do a special deal if they wanted a little extra practice! They declined.
I'm on my way to Denver right now. I don't guess I'll be finding a city in celebration!
