Today at NBTA

Although NBTA works mainly with kids from about 5 years old through college, Keith Brown (blue shirt) is shown here working with Toronto Blue Jays pitcher, Adam Rodgers. Adam was signed when he graduated from University of Evansville and is now spending his time in Nashville preparing for spring training. He is playing in the Blue Jays minor league system in Florida and has already pitched up to double A ball....which is quite impressive for being in their club for only a season and a half!

In just a few short weeks Adam will be headed to Florida. We wish him great success and hope that he plans to come back to Nashville again. Who knows, maybe we can get him training some kids on his next visit!

I'm sure the kids would love for a pro ball player to help train them..Hope he does come back for a visit.

It's almost Spring training time!!!

Well, you can't much better than Keith as a trainer. He played for the Cincinnati Reds when they won the World Series! He has that big World Series ring on his finger...
