We've started off the year 2007 with a bang! Thankfully, the Lord is sending us our faithful students and bringing us quite a few new ones for the start of the new year! We've been praying that this spring we are overwhelmed with players so that we can make a good decision about where to move our facility this coming fall/winter. It looks like we may have to move out of this mall before the end of the year...so, we are on the lookout for the right place to move.Yesterday we had our first birthday celebration for the year. The couple that booked us had only heard about NBTA and really didn't know anything about us. When they called Friday, it just sounded like they needed a place to have a party and wondered what we did. Her 7 year old son had never played baseball...so she thought this might be a good place to see if he was interested in playing the game. I think we won them over as well as many other parents who brought their children to the party! All of them left telling us how much they enjoyed it and how they wanted to bring their kids back to learn the game. yes...I love this job!
Had to put a picture up of my 3 year old grandson swinging a bat. It's never too early to get them started!

Hey, Mark, I'm glad to hear that the new year is popping pretty well already, and I hope that 2007 brings you much satisfaction and success.
Looks like I might be in town around the second weekend in February--maybe the 8th till the 10th. More soon.
