Puppy & Nabi

Puppy is our 19 year old cat. Nabi (Korean word for Butterfly) is our 8 year old dog. When we first got Nabi, Puppy would chase her all over the house and tease her by jumping on her and running away. Nabi never was quick enough to catch him. Now, Puppy is so old that Nabi tends to let him do whatever he wants to do. Usually, Puppy takes over Nabi's bed (pictured here) and Nabi finds another spot in the house to sleep. Today they're comfortable sharing.

I've always thought that cats were pretty useless, but Puppy has never really acted too much like a cat. He grew up with our first dog, Bones and when Bones died we got Nabi within a few months. So...I think Puppy thinks he's a dog. He never really meowed for the first 3 or 4 years of his life. He kinda barked at us. It's going to be a sad day when Puppy dies.
